GreedLeads (a trading name of Hello Leads Ltd) provides B2B lead generation solutions, including data access, software tools, and customized lead delivery. Due to the digital nature of these services, once data has been accessed or a service period has commenced, the value is considered delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Lead Generation Packages: Once a lead list has been delivered or accessed via our platform.
- Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual subscription fees for platform access are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Custom Data Mining: Fees for bespoke research or data extraction projects.
- Consulting/Professional Services: Once the work has been initiated.
3. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing hello@greedleads.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We value our partners and may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical failure of the platform preventing access for more than 48 consecutive hours.
- Duplicate billing due to a processing error on our part.
All such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the occurrence.
